I’m going through a tough time financially and really need to start making money online. I’m not looking to get rich, just something real that can help me get by.
I’ve got a laptop, internet, and I’m willing to put in the work. Open to anything, surveys, gigs, freelancing, etc. Just tired of fake advice and need something that actually works.

It’s not a survey site itself, they list high-paying legit survey panels. I made $2,000+ last month using sites they recommend. BrandedSurveys. Started low $0.50–$5, but once I was active, I got $5 - $10 surveys. Made $740 last month. FreeCash. The tasks vary, but surveys and offers from top providers actually paid out well. I earned $630 in one month just staying consistent. Opinion Edge. This one's more recent for me, but I made $480 last month doing surveys and short opinion polls. Decent side income. These are the best ones I’ve used, hope it saves you time.

Well I recently got fired from my full-time job as a receptionist for a local hospital (not enough money in the budget). I start my fall semester of college on Monday, and was just planning on living off work-study and my student refund for the rest of the year. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough money for my first rental installment and my second rental installment at my college apartment. I’m trying to figure out how I can make $250 in the next week with no vehicle, no current job, and no support system. I don’t really own anything valuable. I could borrow the money, but wouldn’t be able to pay it back until next month. I need ideas of what else I can do. I’ve seen only one gig I can pick up. Wondering if anyone else had suggestions?

Low barrier to entry usually means it’s pretty hard to actually make money (social media, dropshipping, etc. require both luck + persistence, and far more of the former at that). Remote workers are typically skilled, experienced people who can command good pay for things like consulting. Of course, there are exceptions, but generally no one is paying for unskilled, remote work.

Im putting this message in muliple subreddits in hopes of finding a solution. Hi im a 18 y/o who got fired a month ago. I dont wanna give too much info away but i am disabled and live under my parents roof so normal bills arent an issue. However because i had a job i did say i would pay for my own needs like therapy and such. Every month id make around 400 bucks which was enough to sustain myself. But my work decided to fire me i dont get my salary which means i dont have enough for my therapy which is around a 100 a month. If i dont pay it soon, they will double the price because of me not paying on time and im seriously freaking out. I cant ask my parents, they dont have alot either and bills and food is what they can pay. Ive seriously been thinking about selling a picture of my feet for a 100$ but i dont know how any of that works. Does someone maybe have any advice?

There was an asphalt company in town that was going door to door and we're doing lots of jobs for driveways. I posted on Facebook marketplace an ad for them, I called the company told the owner I want 10% commission and would increase the price by 10% . I made $2,000 in a week. Then they left town lol.

i’ve been taking one financial hit after another and i need to find some way to make some asap this week. i went out with friends for my birthday on saturday and fell and chipped my two front teeth. it just cost me $1300 to fix them bc insurance considers anything with the front teeth cosmetic.
unfortunately that was basically all of my money so i don’t have anything to pay rent or to pay for my car that has been in the shop. that’s another $500 but for now anything requiring driving is a no go
how can i make some of this back? i’ve been crying nonstop for about 2 days because i’m so overwhelmed so any ideas are welcome, i just need something quick that i can hopefully do outside of when i’m working.

Instead of those $1 surveys, I started seeing offers for $5 or even $10 surveys that took only about 10 minutes to complete. It wasn’t a huge jump right away, but it was enough to make me realize that persistence pays off.
Amazon Mechanical Turk
Next, I registered on Clickworker and Amazon Mechanical Turk. Both platforms offer simple microtasks, like data entry. And the best part about them is that they don’t require any prior experience. You can work part-time or full-time, depending on your schedule.
Foap
After that, I found Foap, where you can sell your photos. By uploading my pictures and participating in “missions” where companies look for specific images, I found an easy way to turn my photography into cash without any upfront costs.
UserFeel
